One of the most traditional dishes in Mexico now made locally in Perth.

This dish has been around for more than 500 years!

With more than 20 ingredients the Mole de Xico is our prime opera… an explosion of flavours in your mouth, it has the heat of the 4 types of chillies yet in a perfect balance with the cinnamon and chocolate… yes! you read correctly, Chocolate.

You can also taste the peanuts, almonds, sesame seeds and the gentle sweetness touch of prunes and raisins.

Did I mention that it also contains onion, garlic, clove, plantain and tortilla?
